Dr. Been received her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and fellowship in cytopathology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is board certified in cytopathology and anatomic and clinical pathology (AP/CP). Dr. Been is a member of several professional organizations including the College of American Pathologists, American Society for Clinical Pathology, Texas Society of Pathologists, United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, Young Pathology Society of Texas and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Cohen obtained his medical degree from Texas A&M University Health Science Center, College of Medicine in College Station, Texas. He completed an internship in Pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Cohen also served as an Assistant Professor at Renal Pathologist at the University of Utah Health Science Center and Associated Regional and University Pathologists, Inc. (ARUP Laboratories) in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
As a founding member of BVP, he has served as Medical Director of Laboratories and Department of Pathology chairman at St. Joseph Health System since 1999. Dr. Cohen is currently a member of the board of Trustees for St. Joseph Health System and serves on multiple hospital committees. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Cohen is also President of Pathology Resource Consultants, LLP, a pathology practice management firm. He has also served as a past president of the medical staff and was chairman of the board of directors of Alliance Health Providers of Brazos Valley, Inc. Dr. Cohen is a member of the College of American Pathologists, American College of Physician Executives and Brazos Valley Pathology Physicians Organization.

Dr. O’Reilly received her medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (New Orleans). She completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Emory University, where she served as chief resident during the 2006-2007 academic year. Dr. O’Reilly completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship and a Cytopathology Fellowship at Stanford University Hospital. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology with added qualification in cytopathology.

Dr. Traweek received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (Dallas). He then completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in surgical pathology at Oregon Health Sciences University (Portland). Subsequently, he served as a research and clinical instructor for the Department of Pathology at Oregon Health Sciences University, as well as being a Hematopathology Research Fellow at The Portland Veterans Administration. Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in hematopathology with Dr. Henry Rappaport at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California. He subsequently was a staff pathologist at City of Hope, and collaborated on projects with Dr. Hector Battifora to correlate gene expression with immunohistochemical results. Dr. Traweek then was Associate Professor of Pathology and Director of Hematopathology and Molecular Pathology at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Traweek is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, as well as in hematopathology. He is a member of several professional organizations including the International Academy of Pathology, the College of American Pathologists, and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Dr. Traweek currently serves as medical director of laboratories at Seton Medical Center Hays in Austin, Texas.
